Horizon II Ship Review

Built as a cargo barge in 1950, the Horizon II was converted into a hotel barge in 1984 and now carries 12 passengers on peaceful river cruises. Clientele is generally older Americans and Canadians looking to experience French food and wine. Dining is always the highlight on French Country Waterways. The chefs are top-notch, serving up original, well-crafted dishes and that are excellently paired with French wines.
