Of historical note is Lexington's Gratz Park Inn, which was built in 1906, and Berea's Boone Tavern Hotel from 1909, with its handmade furniture. In downtown Louisville, a particularly "hot" hotel is 21c, which is part contemporary art museum and part boutique-hotel, and in Old Louisville, the country's largest authentic Victorian neighborhood, you can stay in one of the many beautiful bed-and-breakfasts.< Show Less
