Teens and young adults can experience destinations such as Vietnam, Morocco and Peru as a part of G Adventures’ new “Teen Adventure” itineraries. The trips — developed for families with children 12 years old and up and planned around school holidays — mix elements of adventure and education for groups of 20 or fewer travelers.
Each trip is led by a Chief Experience Officer who will enrich the tour and offer local insight. Teen Adventures are two weeks or less in length and were developed using feedback from agents and clients.
“Teenagers are just as keen to experience the world and have the same curiosity and yearning to explore as adults,” said Alistair Butchers, innovation manager for G Adventures. “What these departures will do is combine the best of our regular trips while ensuring you’re traveling with similar, like-minded families.”
