Hawaiian Airlines has announced that guests traveling to and from Honolulu or Kahului, Maui, and Seattle will soon fly on 294-seat Airbus A330-220 aircraft. The Airbus planes offer more legroom, on-demand, seat-back entertainment and additional seats. Complimentary meals will be offered in all cabins. The aircraft upgrade will take effect on Dec. 8.
“The demand for travel to both Honolulu and Maui has been robust,” said Mark Dunkerley, president and CEO for Hawaiian Airlines. “We are showing our commitment to the routes by adding newer aircraft with more comfortable seating and enhanced amenities.”
