Cartoon fans will rejoice on hearing that Karisma Hotels & Resorts has teamed up with Viacom to bring families the Nickelodeon Vacation Experience. In the summer of 2015, Azul Hotels will launch toy-lending libraries, suite packages and themed kids’ clubs with entertainment from beloved characters such as SpongeBob SquarePants, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Dora the Explorer.

“We’re very pleased to work with Azul Hotels by Karisma to bring our fans closer to the Nickelodeon characters they know and love,” said Gerald Raines, senior vice president of Global Nickelodeon Recreation Partnerships, in a press release. “These vacation experiences create yet another touch point for Nickelodeon, ensuring that we are bringing the joy and fun of our brand to our fans everywhere they are.”

Azul Hotels — Karisma's family-friendly brand, located on the beaches of Jamaica and Mexico's Riviera Maya — offers plenty of luxury and relaxation for older kids and parents as well. Teenagers can enjoy teen clubs, splash parks and movie nights with popcorn. Suites are designed for two adults and three young children, but parents who want some privacy can take advantage of connecting suites as well as adults-only swimming and lounge areas.

Rates begin at $217 per adult, which includes a la carte dining, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a full-service concierge and 24-hour room service. Children 12 and under can stay and play at 50 percent off while kids under 2 years old are free.
