Clients in the Western U.S. will have more airlift options next summer. Hawaiian Airlines will offer first-ever nonstop service between Los Angeles (LAX) and the islands of Kauai and Hawaii in June 2014. New annual summer service will commence between LAX and Lihue, Kauai, four times a week, and LAX and Kona, Hawaii Island, three times a week from June 26 to Sept. 19.

Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) will launch its first-ever flights to Hong Kong and Shanghai, China, in summer 2014. American Airlines will serve the DFW to Hong Kong route daily with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, and the carrier will fly between DFW and Shanghai Pudong International Airport using Boeing 777-200 aircraft. DFW has added 17 new international destinations to its flight portfolio over the past three years. www.aa.com, www.hawaiianairlines.com
