The Travel Corporation (TTC) has launched TTC Agent Academy, a multibrand training initiative. The new platform showcases four core TTC brands — Trafalgar, Contiki, Insight Vacations and Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection — via a series of interactive modules. The initiative aims to facilitate sales and provide an easy way for agents to build their knowledge of the family of brands. The program encompasses The Trafalgar Academy, ContikiU, Insight Tour Specialist and Uniworld River Cruise Specialist.

Product expertise is one of the most important assets for any agent. This new program provides an efficient way to learn about several of the travel industry’s top brands. It’s hard to imagine an agent who doesn’t sell at least one of these brands, and with constant changes and new developments taking place all the time, it’s important to keep up to date.
- All brand programs provide content that’s accessible online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- TTC’s eLearning program will be updated at frequent intervals, across each of the four brands.
- Upon successful completion of each module, agents can access downloadable certificates of accreditation.
