In early October, Palace Resorts launched its redesigned “Palace Difference” website for meetings, incentives, exhibitions and conferences. The aim for the resort brand, which owns seven all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, is to have a more mobile-friendly meetings website. It has also added new features, such as the “saved ideas” list and a meeting personalization tool that allows for customized event requests and specialized recommendations. The website has also made it easier to get in touch with Palace executives and to book meetings in general.
“Our new ‘awe-inclusive’ meetings website is a testament to Palace Resorts’ ability to consistently redefine the notion of what an all-inclusive resort can and should offer valued guests.” said Alan Doyle, vice president of global meeting and incentive sales for the company. “This mission statement is evident in everything from our superior standard guestrooms and cuisine to our events capabilities and personalized service.”
