Ski.com, North America’s largest provider of custom ski vacations, has teamed up with Umapped, a mobile itinerary resource, to offer travelers and agents additional services.

Ski.com is a preferred partner of American Express, Signature Travel Network and Travel Leaders, and travel professionals from these consortia will be able to collaborate with Ski.com and travelers to add additional components to itineraries. The new alliance with Umapped means that Ski.com will soon be delivering live, interactive itineraries across all major platforms. The tool provides travelers with consolidated trip details and curated recommendations to enhance their stays at various resorts. In addition, the multichannel group chat feature will offer real-time communication between Ski.com, travel professionals and travelers, opening up the opportunity to generate incremental revenue and engage with customers.
