Why It Matters: is a preferred partner of American Express, Signature Travel Network and Travel Leaders, and travel professionals from these consortia will be able to collaborate with and travelers to add additional components to itineraries. The new alliance with Umapped means that will soon be delivering live, interactive itineraries across all major platforms. The tool provides travelers with consolidated trip details and curated recommendations to enhance their stays at various resorts. In addition, the multichannel group chat feature will offer real-time communication between, travel professionals and travelers, opening up the opportunity to generate incremental revenue and engage with customers.
