Inspired by Kauai’s healing nature and lifestyle, St. Regis Princeville Resort is running a series of four-day wellness retreats in 2015. Led by cultural expert Puna Kalama Dawson and Jennifer Linder, the resort’s spa director, each retreat will begin with a traditional Hawaiian sunrise ceremony.

Participants will take part in meditation, yoga and breathing classes. They will also go on cultural outings, enjoy spa experiences and dine on farm-to-table meals at the north shore hotel. The end goal is to provide attendees with reawakened senses and greater life balance, embraced by the spirit of aloha.

Held from May 29 to June 1, Aug. 28 to 31 and Oct. 27 to 30, each retreat costs $2,390 per person, with nightly room rates from $375. To book, call the resort’s spa at 808-826-9644.
