The Mark Travel Corporation recently launched “Agent of Change,” a travel agent education program that aims to help leisure travel advisors succeed by becoming more sales-oriented, profitable and relevant within an increasingly competitive landscape.

Why It Matters:
In an industry where advisor-training programs may fall into two categories — dull/outdated online classes or overly promotional/sponsored courses — the Agent of Change program could be a breath of fresh air in the marketplace. Participants will have access to dozens of local events and an online learning platform. This new, hands-on way to learn will feature topics such as the latest in consumer engagement practices, business insights from industry leaders and more.
