We’ve all heard them: The stories of travel agents who bend over backward in order to comply with the (sometimes bizarre) requests of a demanding client are all too prevalent in this industry. But as much as these stories can be painful, they also make for some hilarious anecdotes.
Now, Trafalgar is delivering these cringe-worthy vignettes straight to an agent’s email inbox as a part of the tour operator’s “Confessions of a Travel Agent” nine-part video series. Agents can watch one episode at a time or binge watch multiple episodes online in true Netflix fashion.
In addition to producing laughs, the videos will be used as a training tool, complete with sales tips on how to best sell travel from Paul Wiseman, president of Trafalgar USA.
