Travel Leaders Group recently released the results of a survey conducted to assess travelers’ overall satisfaction with their security experience and, specifically, satisfaction with how long it takes to navigate airport security with the TSA Pre-Check program.

Of the 2,700 consumers who participated in the survey, 87.5 percent indicated that they are satisfied with airport security measures, while 62 percent indicated they were unable to specify whether TSA Pre-Check has had a positive effect on their experience and wait time in security. The survey also indicated that, even with the prevalence of cell phones in today’s world, the majority of travelers disapprove of using a cell phone to make calls during a flight.
