On May 11, Hard Rock Hotels’ All Inclusive Collection surprised some 38 travel agents from 20 agencies with three-night stays at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya or Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta to experience the new Rock Royalty Level Program.
The recently introduced program offers additional amenities and benefits to Hard Rock guests at these properties, such as champagne service by the beach and preferential romantic dinner reservations. Rock Royalty Level guests also receive the services of an on-call personal assistant, express luggage delivery, a complimentary 25-minute couples massage, ironing service, complimentary shoeshine, in-room spa tub preparations, upgraded full-size Rock Spa bath products and more.
