Riviera Palm Springs Appoints Executive Chef

Riviera Palm Springs has appointed John Roberts as executive chef of the resort. Roberts will oversee the property’s dining operations and develop menus for on-site restaurants as well as in-room dining.

“It is a privilege to welcome distinguished chef John Roberts to lead Riviera Palm Springs’ culinary team,” said Marco Perry, general manager of Riviera Palm Springs. “He brings a wealth of knowledge, and we’re thrilled to bring his expertise to the resort’s food and beverage program.”
