Signature Travel Network held its sales meeting and trade show at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas Nov. 6 to 8. The annual conference offered its more than 2,100 attendees — including preferred supplier partners from 57 countries worldwide — access to 60 seminars, as well as networking sessions and workshops.

“Collectively, Signature now generates more than $6 billion in annual travel sales, a double-digit increase from last year,” says Alex Sharpe, president and CEO of Signature. “Best of all, our advance 2015 sales are growing at a faster rate than this time last year, so we are confident that next year’s results will exceed our ambitious expectations.”

Additionally, Signature honored Carol Lekki, president of Tinley Park, Ill.-based  Carol’s Travel Service, Inc., with its Michelle Morgan Leadership Award, which honors the memory and work of Michelle Morgan, Signature’s former president who passed away last fall. Lekki, a nearly four-decade travel industry veteran who serves as treasurer of the Signature board of directors, was recognized for her passion, commitment and positivity.
