Windstar Cruises recently launched Windstar Academy, a customized online training course for travel agents that offers sales tips, guest testimonials and insights on selling luxury small-ship cruising.
Windstar Academy is the company’s first online-training program and is designed to help travel agents understand the brand’s offerings, including its romantic sailing ships and new vessels brought in from Seabourn. The program also helps users identify potential Windstar clients and provides sales and marketing support.
Graduates receive a Windstar Specialist certificate and qualify for two CEU credits from The Travel Institute and three credits from the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA).
The company’s Agent Resource Center will continue to provide sales and marketing materials, up-to-date news and sales contact information.
