Rates begin at $1,098 per person, based on double occupancy. A companion supplement is an additional $228. Travelers must also pay $144 in local taxes and procure a Vietnam visa. Those wishing to travel between October and April must pay a peak-season charge of $122.
This eight-day tour of Vietnam starts in Ho Chi Minh City with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, which were used as a form of shelter for Viet Cong soldiers during the Vietnam War. Then, agents will visit the Thien Hua Pagoda, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Reunification Hall before heading to Hanoi, where they will have time to visit historical and fine arts Museums, the Hao Lo Museum and the Temple of Literature. Other highlights include an overnight cruise tour of Halong Bay, where advisors will have the opportunity to go island hopping and view various species of native birds and monkeys. The rate of the trip includes accommodations, most meals, transfers, tours and airfare between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
