“The Myth of the Mustang” tour from The Explorer’s Passage takes travel agents into the Himalayas, following in the footsteps of the Indian Buddhist sage Guru Rinpoche. Over the course of 10 days, guests will walk the bustling streets of Kathmandu, hike rocky trails near the Tibeten Plateau, drink tea with locals in a medieval Nepalese village and visit sacred caves in the region. Time in the towns of Pharping, Pokhara and Jomsom are also on the itinerary. Accommodations, guides  and transportation within Nepal and Tibet are part of the price.
