For 15 days, agents tour the countries of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia with Flo Tours. The trip starts in Baku, Azerbaijan’s capital, with a tour of the city’s old town and its architectural and historical monuments. Travelers will also visit Absheron Peninsula, a popular resort area, and Qala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex, which is home to ancient burial grounds, houses and mosques. The tour then moves to Georgia’s Kakheti region, where agents will learn about the country’s wine production. Guests will also see the religious center of Mtskheta and the Joseph Stalin Museum in Gori. The final leg of the tour will be in Armenia, where travelers will be able to see a traditional “lavash” bread-baking ceremony in Garni. Visits to The Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, Ararat brandy factory and Lake Sevan round out the trip. The rate includes roundtrip airfare from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, taxes, transfers, accommodations, meals and admission fees.
