Travel agents can earn a free fam trip when they book 15 or more passengers or $100,000 in revenue. International airfare can be purchased with Collette at an additional cost.
On the nine-day “Discover Portugal’s Treasures” fam with Collette, travel agents will experience the brand’s small group product line “Explorations,” which host tours of 12-24 passengers. While in Portugal, guests will learn about the history of the Knights Templar on a tour of the Convent of the Order of Christ in Tomar. Other UNESCO stops on the itinerary include Porto, an ancient port that is home to Baroque carvings, the 18th-century Clerigos Tower and the Dona Maria Pia Bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel; Guimaraes, the first capital of Portugal; and Sintra, once a favorite summer residence for Portuguese kings. An interactive cooking class that teaches guests about the secrets of Portuguese cuisine is also included.
