Multiple departures from April to October 2017
Rates begin at $1,288 per person, based on double occupancy. A single supplement is available for $368, and a companion supplement is $258. Each attendee must also pay for a $50 travel visa and $132 in taxes. A peak season surcharge of $142 per person will also be added to any departures between October and April.
For seven days, advisors will travel across Myanmar with FT Tours. The trip begins with a full-day tour of Yangon, the largest city in Myanmar and the country’s former capital. Then, agents will venture to Thanlyin, where they will see the city’s many pagodas. Other highlights of the trip include visiting Mandalay for a city tour and stopping in the neighboring towns of Amarapura, Inwa (Ava) and Sagaing. Those on the tour will also take a boat excursion to the town of Mingun. The trip ends in Bagan, where agents will see the ancient city and visit Mount Popa, an extinct volcano with a monastery on top. Rates include accommodations, domestic airfare, transfers, tours and daily breakfast.
