A tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum will take place the next day, followed by a four-hour food tour through Krakow’s traditional and modern farmers markets and restaurants. The journey continues with guided tours and overnight stays in both Gdansk and Warsaw, the country’s current capital. A visit to the Museum of the History of Polish Jews and a farewell dinner at the hotel will bring this nine-day trip to an end.
