The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and the National Association of Career Travel Agents (NACTA) is offering member agents an opportunity to tour Ireland for seven days. The tour starts in Dublin, where advisors can sightsee and visit to the Guinness Storehouse to learn how beer is made. Guests will then travel to Connemara — known for its scenic landscape and majestic mountains — Kylemore Abbey in Clifden and Galway. Other highlights include a visit to The Cliffs of Moher and a city tour of Killarney. Agents will also see Slea Head, Europe’s western-most point; Kinsale, the gourmet capital of Ireland; Blarney Castle; and Cork, Ireland’s second-largest city. The final stop on the journey is Cobh, which was also the last port of call for the Titanic. The rate includes accommodations, transportation, most meals, guided services, tours and admission fees. The fam trip is limited to ASTA/NACTA agents and one guest per agent.
