Here travelers will visit the functioning Gandan Monastery and the Golden Buddha Statue of Migjid Janraisi, among other sites. The group will then fly to the Gobi desert, spending the first day watching archery, horse racing, wrestling and cultural performances at the Naadam festival. The next six nights will be spent in traditional ger tents. While in the region, travelers will spot wildlife and ride camels in the Yol Valley, see the sand dunes of Khongoryn Els and the Flaming Cliffs and visit the ancient capital of Karakorum.
