Carnival has opened the books for the new Carnival Vista, set to debut in May 2016. To promote the vessel, the company has launched the “Meet Up in the Med” group promotion, offering reduced deposits for guests and increased amenity points for agents on Carnival Vista sailings from May 1, 2016, to Oct. 1, 2016. Group bookings within these dates earn travel agents eight amenity points instead of the standard six points.

“Over the last year, we heard from travel agents over how important group business is to them, so we wanted to present a value-driven group opportunity that not only offers attractive options on our newest ship but also on our first European sailings in three years,” said Joni Rein, vice president of worldwide sales for Carnival. “From multigenerational family gatherings to girlfriend getaways, this promotion offers agents a multitude of ways to bring groups together who want to visit breathtaking European destinations on our newest, most innovative ship.”
