Collette is now rewarding agents a 50 percent discount on tours upon completion of its specialist program. The online curriculum, called Collette University, is designed to educate agents on what the company has to offer and provides advisors with access to co-branded marketing materials and travel credits.
In addition to the discount, agents will also be given priority selection on fam trips and exclusive personal discounts.
