Princess Cruises offers new
Alaska shore excursions
Princess Cruises is offering passengers some new ways to experience Alaska up close and personal this summer. The line’s 20 new shore excursions give clients a chance to do everything from studying climate change and wildlife behavior patterns to piloting their own zodiac.
"Alaska offers so many thrilling experiences for visitors — there’s beautiful scenery nearly everywhere you turn, great opportunities to encounter wildlife, an intriguing Native culture and, of course, the towering glaciers," said Charlie Ball, president of Princess Tours. “These new excursions showcase some of the many wonders available throughout this amazing state and offer visitors a number of ways to get a very personal Alaska vacation.”
New tours available to Alaska passengers this summer include the Adventure Park & Zip Lines tour in Skagway, Juneau Jeep Adventure, Mendenhall Glacier Helicopter & Salmon Bake Combo and the Bear Country & Wildlife Expedition in Ketchikan.
