InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa Announces Joya Spa

New spa is set to open in late summer

Set to open in late summer, the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa announced the name and details of their two-story, 31,000-square-foot spa. Named Joya, the new spa will feature Moorish architectural accents and combine the vibrancy and energy of Morocco with the soul of Southern spain.

Offering more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor space, the Joya Spa will be located in the heart of the soon-to-open InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley, Ariz., an exclusive enclave of luxury hotels, mountain views, multi-million-dollar homes, world-class restaurants, shopping, sunshine and starry desert skies.

The Moroccan-inspired decor, Hammam ritual and the views and physical beauty of the location are uniquely part of the Joya Spa experience and are unlike any other spa,” said Sabrina Cormack, spa and retail director.
