The 7th annual Sedona Marathon will be held on Feb. 4 amidst its exquisite, red rock formations. Ranked as one of the Top 12 Most Beautiful Neighborhoods in America by Forbes, it is no wonder thousands of runners participate in Sedona’s annual 5K, 10K, half and full marathon races.
Although the marathon isn’t until Saturday, events will kick-off on Wednesday, Feb. 1, with Sedona’s Film Festival “Hood to Coast.” Other events include the Team USA Arizona Runner’s Clinic, a pasta dinner, the Sedona Gallery Association Tour and an awards ceremony following the marathon.
Those wishing to participate in the marathon may register on-site on Feb. 3 at Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village. Prices range from $115 for the marathon, $90 for the half marathon, $60 for the 10K run and $45 for the 5K run. A kids run is also available for children under age twelve for $20.
