Wyndham Hotels and Resorts announced that the 1,011-room Parc 55 Hotel San Francisco is joining the Wyndham system in late April. Located near Union Square in the heart of San Francisco’s shopping, dinner and theater districts, Parc 55 Hotel San Francisco recently completed a $30 million redesign, upgrading all guestrooms and suites with 37-inch plasma televisions, and renovating the Club Lounge, Fitness Center and other facilities.

“Parc 55 will be an outstanding addition to the Wyndham family,” said Jeff Wagoner, president of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

The AAA-Four Diamond hotel, soon to be renamed Parc 55 Wyndham San Francisco-Union Square, is owned and operated by Highgate Holdings, a privately held investment firm, in partnership with affiliates of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C., a global real estate investment management firm.
