The AAA Four-Diamond Grand Hyatt in downtown Denver is teaming up with the Denver Botanic Gardens to offer a special overnight Herbal Garden package.
Along with an overnight stay in a spacious Grand Hyatt room, the package includes two passes to the Denver Botanic Gardens for the Urban Nature Exhibit and a $10 gift certificate to the Grand Hyatt’s restaurant, 1876. Named for the year Colorado became a state, 1876 features a special prix fixe menu showcasing dishes made with products and herbs indigenous to Colorado.
A special “green” three-course menu is available for dinner only and costs $52.80 per couple (excluding tax and gratuity). Guests also receive a recipe card from Chef Tom Baranoucky and tips from the Denver Botanic Gardens on growing herbs.
The package, valid through the end of November, starts at $159 per room per night. All 512 rooms at the hotel have Hyatt Grand beds and massaging showerheads in the bathrooms. Guests enjoy a pool, jogging track, tennis court and easy access to many of Denver’s best attractions.
