New Residence Inn Opens in Glenwood Springs

Stonebridge Companies continues its expansion into the lodging market in western Colorado with the opening of its newest property, The Residence Inn by Marriott Glenwood Springs. Located in the mountain-and-river town of Glenwood Springs, Colo., the extended-stay hotel is situated on Red Mountain and offers soaring views of the valley and Colorado River.

The four-story, 88,000-square-foot, all-suite hotel offers 124 studio units. Each unit has either one or two bedrooms, luxury bedding and a 37-inch, flat-screen television.

The lobby has a communal table, free high-speed Internet, study pods, a double-sided fireplace and a 55-inch, flat-screen television.

Outside, guests can play a pick up game of basketball, tennis, volleyball or racquetball on the all-purpose sports court. For more relaxing pursuits, guests can unwind with a few laps in the indoor pool, soak in the whirlpool spa or gather with friends around the fire pit for social hour.

Eating well while away from home can be a challenge, but it has never been easier for guests at the Marriott Residence Inn Glenwood Springs. They can start the day on the bright side with the complimentary hot breakfast buffet. Later in the day, guests can wind down with the Residence Inn's Night Light Reception offering complimentary beer and wine.

Guests can also cook their own in-suite meals. Each suite is outfitted with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen and has downloadable chef recipes as well as free grocery delivery.
