Experience a spine-tingling Denver getaway this Halloween weekend with The Oxford Hotel’s Paranormal Theater package, featuring an exclusive performance by famed magician Erick Machamer. Machamer has been regaling diverse audiences with his unique hybrid of theater and magic for more than 15 years. This special show will feature stories of Denver’s most well-documented paranormal events, along with psychic demonstrations, interactive comedy and magic — all in one of Denver’s most famous haunted hotels. The Oxford’s haunted surroundings have been featured in television shows such as A&E’s “Sightings” as well as in The New York Times and The Denver Post.
Opened in 1891, The Oxford has purportedly been haunted since 1898 when it was the site of a tragic murder-suicide in Room 320. Its Paranormal Theater package will feature two entertaining evenings of magic, ghost stories and turn-of-the-century seance recreations. Starting at $250 per night, the package includes overnight accommodations for two in a possibly haunted guestroom, two tickets to Erick Machamer's “Paranormal Theater – A Magic Show,” two signature Spiritinis at the Cruise Room bar and complimentary valet parking.
The Oxford’s Paranormal Theater package is available on Friday, Oct. 28 and Saturday, Oct. 29. The purchase of an overnight package is required to attend the show. To book, please call 303-628-5421.
