Timbers Resorts recently opened its newest property, The Sebastian Vail, formerly the Vail Plaza Hotel & Club, in Vail, Colo. The hotel is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts and is the area’s newest boutique hotel and residence club. It is conveniently located at the gateway to Vail Village and is steps away from the slopes as well as numerous Vail restaurants, galleries, bars and boutiques.  

The Sebastian’s 100 guestrooms feature welcome refreshments, plush bathrobes, slippers, nightly turndown service, Italian cotton sheets, HD televisions, an iHome docking station and a refrigerator. The hotel is also home to a new fine-dining restaurant, Block 16; the destination spa, Bloom; local hot spot, Frost Bar; a gourmet cafe, Market; 8,000 square feet of meeting and conference space; and a private residence club comprised of 36 luxury residences.
