Hilton Worldwide is opening the first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in India, the DoubleTree by Hilton New Delhi-Mayur Vihar. Four additional DoubleTree by Hilton hotels are anticipated to open in India during the coming year. Hilton Worldwide now manages six hotels under three brands in India.
“The debut of DoubleTree by Hilton in India with the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton New Delhi-Mayur Vihar is a significant milestone in our brand’s continued growth strategy to provide outstanding hotel offerings in the world’s gateway cities,” said Rob Palleschi, global head of DoubleTree by Hilton.
The hotel is located within a 20-minute drive of the business district and prominent tourist attractions, including the Akshardham Temple, Rajghat, Old Fort and Humayun’s Tomb.
The hotel’s 196 guestrooms, including four suites, feature a LCD television, a refrigerated private bar, an iPod docking station, 24-hour in-room dining, on-site laundry, a business center and a boardroom that seats up to 16 guests. www.newdelhimayurvihar.doubletreebyhilton.com
