Hilton Worldwide and recruitment and workforce solutions company Adecco Group North America are teaming up to provide careers to U.S Olympic and Paralympic athletes as part of the U.S. Olympic Committee’s (USOC) new team USA Career Program, which was developed in partnership with both companies.

The program will provide athletes with career training and job placement assistance in the athletes’ desired training destinations, along with the ability to earn salary and health benefits while training for the next Olympic Games or pursuing a career after retiring from competition.

With more than 3,150 hotels and 30 corporate or regional offices in the U.S. alone, Hilton will provide U.S. Olympians, Paralympians and Olympic hopefuls with the opportunity to work at locations throughout the continental U.S.

“We are proud to extend our partnership with the USOC through the new Team USA Career Program,” said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, Global Customer Marketing, Hilton Worldwide. “Through the program, we will support some of our country’s best athletes in their aspirations to win Olympic Gold and provide them with the skills to be successful in their post-competitive careers.”
