Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has unveiled two new guest services — a redesigned website as well as a new system that categorizes properties into four tiers.

The new website includes a more efficient hotel search tool, allowing users to select and filter hotels based on various factors, as well as a hotel comparison tool and other helpful enhancements. Guests can also virtually talk with a company representative through a live chat feature.

In conjunction with the website, a new system classifies hotels into four categories with similar characteristics: Iberostar The Grand Collection, Iberostar Premium Gold, Iberostar Premium and Iberostar. Applied to more than 100 hotels, the new segmentation system allows guests to identify Iberostar products globally. The Grand Collection also features a website where guests can configure what they want in their room before arrival. www.iberostar.com
