The first global hotel brand cookbook via iPad has been launched by InterContinental Hotel and Resorts Brands. The Kitchen Cookbook iPad app will feature recipes specially selected by hotel chefs from 24 international hotel locations. Among the recipes are the New York Times Square cheesecake and the InterContinental Berchtesgaden Resort salmon trout.
There are 32 recipes offered at this time, and new recipes are added every three months. The app is available for free download on the InterContinental website.
“After great customer feedback on the industry-first Concierge iPad app and our hotel booking app, we are excited to launch phase one of our Kitchen Cookbook iPad app, which showcases some of our world-class chefs’ favorite local recipes,” said Simon Scoot, vice president of global brand management. www.intercontinental.com/cookbookapp
