Sixteen chefs from Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will share their culinary creativity through the new series, “Behind the Apron … Dishing with Kimpton Chefs.” The series will highlight Kimpton’s culinary stars and their contributions to the Kimpton experience, with each installment running for two months online, starting this month.
The chefs will feature five culinary topics and techniques that have influenced their passions for cooking, recipes and advice as well as host Twitter chats for added tips and tricks. In addition, the public can take part in live demonstrations and hands-on classes, as well as have three opportunities throughout the year to enter to win a private dinner party in their home prepared by a featured Kimpton chef.
