The Palace Resorts Official Travel Agency (PRO) partnership program, part of Palace Resorts’ new Live in Awe campaign, provides travel agents with new tools and rewards especially for them. PRO distinguishes travel agents by different levels based on the quality of bookings.
The PRO levels include Partner, Gold Crown, Titanium Crown and Black Onyx Crown and each group features unique rewards such as on-site general manager recognition; discounts on spa treatments and rounds of golf; invitations to private events; free nights through the resort’s bonus commission program, Ready. Sell. Stay.
“Our relationship with our travel agent partners is of utmost importance to everyone at Palace Resorts,” said Ash Tembe, director of North America field sales. “We developed the PRO program to not only offer our partners better incentives for their continued support of our brand, but also to provide them with tools that will strengthen their bottom line. We want to show them we really care about their overall success.”
More features offered by the program include the addition of a personal marketing consultant; a dedicated inside sales line; BDM sales support; accreditation; logo usage; and more. Palace Resorts also recently added 20 business development managers on the field to assist travel agents with product updates and marketing tools to help increase revenue.
