Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has introduced Your24, a new benefit that abolishes set check-in and check-out times for select Starwood Preferred Guest elite members.

Starwood, which has traditionally held check-in at 3 p.m., will now offer loyal clients a 24-hour check-out window from their time of departure. A client who checks in at 10 p.m. can now check out at 10 p.m. on his day of departure.

“Your24 reflects very clearly that the preference of our guests drive how we do business,” said Mark Vondrasek, senior vice president for distribution, loyalty and partnership marketing.

Platinum SPG members who spend 75-plus eligible nights at Starwood hotels can request Your24 service. Your24 is part of Starwood’s new elite benefits, starting March 1, which also include lifetime status, access to a Starwood ambassador, confirmable upgrades and free breakfast. www.spg.com
