A major expansion of the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort in the Northern Idaho Panhandle is slated for completion in spring. The resort is adding two new four-story buildings featuring almost 100 guestrooms, bringing the count up to 300 guestrooms. The two new wings will overlook the golf course.
Other additions to the resort are a gourmet steakhouse, a fitness center, a spa and a pool. The property also features a 10-acre natural amphitheater to host concerts and other outdoor events.
“The amenities we’re going to offer will match or surpass any we currently know of in the Pacific Northwest,” said CDA Casino Resort CEO David LaSarte Meeks. “We are dramatically expanding the resort and dramatically expanding the experience that our guests can expect at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort.”
Owned and operated by the Coeur d”Alene Tribe, the casino resort sits on a reservation spanning 345,000 acres of mountains, lakes and forest. The resort is famous for its championship golf course, which has won accolades such as Golf magazine’s Top-100 Courses You Can Play and Golfweek’s Best Casino Courses.
