Instead of dealing with the stress of putting on those holiday pounds, clients can run off their turkey meals in the 5K Hailey Turkey Trot. This Thanksgiving Day tradition takes place in Hailey, Idaho in rain, snow or shine on the CSI Community Campus.
Over 500 participants come together each year to support the “Souper Supper” and Wood River Chapter of the Girls on the Run afterschool program. The entry fee includes a Turkey Trot beanie, coffee and hot chocolate and a chance to win raffle prizes.
Families are highly recommended to participate for a group cost of $40, which covers up to four immediate family members. Each additional participant costs $10. Tickets for individuals are $15 before race day. On the actual day of the Turkey Trot, prices are raised to $70 for families of four ($20 for each additional member) and $30 for individuals.
