American Airlines (AA) customers departing from select airports in the U.S. can now receive their boarding passes electronically on their mobile phones or PDAs, and the line recently added an additional 19 airports to its list, for a total of 27 domestic airports. Newly added airports include those in Albuquerque, N.M.; Denver; El Paso, Houston and San Antonio, Texas; New York City; Phoenix; Salt Lake City; San Diego; and San Francisco. The mobile boarding passes utilize a two-dimensional barcode. www.aa.com/mobileboarding
