Global Travel Marketplace to Select Top Travel Agents
CCRA Travel Solutions surveyed travel agents to find out which hotel amenities they could not live without. Agents were asked to vote on which amenities they preferred most, and the clear winner was free Wi-Fi access with 38 percent of the vote. Thirty percent of travel agents voted for free breakfast and the third most-wanted amenity was a guaranteed room upgrade.
Other amenities that travel agents looked for at hotels included free parking, guaranteed early check-in, airport transportation, upscale bath amenities, free in-room beverages, free welcome cocktail, free fruit or cheese plate and guaranteed late check-out. www.ccratravel.com
