As of Sept. 15, all agents who have successfully completed The Travel Institute’s Certified Travel Associate (CTA) education program will receive a waiver on the International Airlines Travel Agent Network’s (IATAN) Error and Omissions Insurance requirement when they submit a copy of their CTA certificate upon completion of the course.
“We’re pleased to partner with IATAN in recognizing our certified travel agents. This is a perfect example of how earning an industry-recognized certification can bring additional benefits,” said Patty Noonan, CTC, director of sales for The Travel Institute.
