Tour operator Isramworld recently created a brand-new division of its operations dedicated exclusively to home-based travel professionals. The new Home-Based Business Development Department was designed to provide the same level of support and assistance traditionally offered only to travel agents who are part of corporate travel agencies. The tour operator has appointed Raffaella De Luca, formerly the head of Isramworld’s Inside Sales Development Division, as manager of the new department.

Isramworld officials said that the new division was created in recognition of the industry’s growing segment of home-based agents.

“In keeping with our commitment at Isramworld to staying with agents every step of the way, we are immensely pleased to be able to give home-based professionals the personalized attention they deserve,” said A. Ady Gelber, Isramworld president and CEO. “We are confident that, with the creation of this new
department, our home-based travel partners will be well-equipped to compete in the industry.”

Isramworld takes travelers to destinations worldwide, including Central and South America, China, Eastern and Central Europe, Egypt, Greece, Indochina, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, Portugal, Russia, Spain, the South Pacific and Turkey.
