Phil Otterson was named president of Abercrombie & Kent, USA (A&K) by company founder and chairman Geoffrey Kent. Otterson will be in charge of day-to-day operations for the company while he serves as the principal senior executive of A&K in North America.
“I am confident that Phil’s vast experience in destination product knowledge and years of strategic leadership will make an immediate impact toward the ambitious plans we have to develop and grow A&K through innovative new products,” said Ian Coghlan, CEO of A&K. “We look forward to welcoming Phil to the A&K team.”
Otterson joined the travel industry in 1972, spending most of his career at Tauck.
