Anantara Welcomes Koopman

Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas has announced the appointment of Michael Koopman as its director of operations in the Middle East as well as general manager of the Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa

Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas has announced the appointment of Michael Koopman as its director of operations in the Middle East as well as general manager of the Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Spa, scheduled to debut in 2012.

Koopman will be responsible for all of Anantara’s hotels and resorts based in the United Arab Emirates, including Al Yamm and Al Sahel Luxury Lodges, both scheduled to open on Sir Bani Yas Island in 2012.

Koopman brings 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry at luxury hotels in Europe, Australia and Asia.
